Happy 2008!

Jam and I were in Split, Croatia to ring in the New Years (along with many good friends, some old, some new, as captured so nicely by Saki.). We're back in the ATL now, enjoying some spring like weather, which is going to come to an abrupt end this week as we venture up to Michigan.

Happy New Years to everyone, here's a little treat Jam was playing earlier today....I've been many places in this world, yet the Carib. countries always impress me with their party music!

And from me, some sage advice for the new year for all you go-getters out there:

Roland - "I tell you what I see when I look out there. I see the undeveloped resources of Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, and Michigan. I see a syndicated development consortium exploiting over a billion and a half dollars in forest products. I see a paper mill and if the strategic metals are there, a mining operation. A greenbelt between the condos on the lake and a waste management facility focusing on the newest rage in toxic waste, medical refuse. Infected bandages, body parts, IV tubing, contaminated glassware, entrails, syringes, fluids, blood, low grade radioactive waste all safely contained sunken in the lake and sealed for centuries. Now I ask you what do you see?"

Chet- "I see trees."

peace, ya'll
