Work+San Diego=Fun

Hotel Del CornadoDinner Cruise-San DiegoSan Diego

Of all the places you could possibly go for work (on the continential US), San Diego has to be one of the best. Whether it's dining at the Hotel del Coronado, evening dinner cruises along the harbor, kayaking agaisnt the San Diego skyline, or staying out WAY too late in the gaslamp quarter, the town has it all. Yeah, it was a tough week at work.

Also, if any of you are heading down to San Diego, I have stumbled across the BEST Italian restaurant, on the Encinitas Blvd exit right off the 5. Lunch is the time to go, and Gusto Trattoria is the place to eat! I've simply never had Italian food that good in my life! It's such a bargain and so unexpected!

Anyway, I digress. San Diego is awesome.

Have I told you that my boyfriend lived in Coronado for almost three months last Summer? He attended an English language school in San Diego...he really loved the city, and kept on raving about the gaslamp district :-D

HAHA! He stayed on Coronado Island? What a lucky bum! I'm sure he enjoyed the gaslamp district:) We were meeting some people on the street and some were from Europe...they wanted to come in the bar for drinks..but they weren't 21! Land of free (for those 21 and over)

LOL Yeah, a lucky bum he was :-D
He attended the ESL Language Center in SD (think it's in the NBC building). There weren't many Europeans at that school he said, but mainly Japanese and Brazilians haha, and all very young.
